Alongside partners Tiago Cortez, Ta\u00edsa Oliveira, and Fl\u00e1via Alterio, Nachif will focus on judicial disputes and arbitrations, as well as creditor representation in corporate restructuring and insolvency matters.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">The new partner brings extensive experience in disputes involving commercial contracts, civil liability, mergers and acquisitions (M&amp;A), corporate matters, credit recovery, and insolvency, in addition to preventive strategic advisory work, including contractual claims management.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Throughout his 20-year career, Nachif has advised clients across a range of industries, with particular expertise in renewable energy and construction projects. His work has been recognized by legal directories and rankings such as Leaders League and Lexology (formerly Who\u2019s Who Legal).<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">A PhD candidate in Civil Law and holder of a Master\u2019s degree in Civil Procedure from University of S\u00e3o Paulo, the new partner also earned an LL.M. (Master of Laws) from King\u2019s College London. While in London, he worked as a visiting attorney at WilmerHale, focusing on international arbitration.
