The Notes are guaranteed by the Nestl\u00e9 group\u2019s Swiss parent company Nestl\u00e9 S.A. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The offering of the Notes was done in reliance on Rule 144A and Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act.<\/p>\n<p>Homburger advised Nestl\u00e9 on all Swiss law aspects of the transaction.
