The deal further includes a commitment for up to\u00a0<b>USD 3.6 billion<\/b>\u00a0in additional investment, making it one of the most significant infrastructure transactions in the maritime sector.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" align=\"justify\">The transaction establishes\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer\">United Ports LLC\u00a0<\/a>to consolidate 10 (ten) strategically located port terminals across 6 (six) countries, viz.
