Stratulat Albulescu Attorneys at Law has advised Cordia Rom\u00e2nia, a member of the Futureal Group, on the acquisition of an 8,179 sqm land plot from developer Bog’Art in Bucharest, located near Bucure\u0219ti Mall. The transaction, completed in September 2025, enables the development of Centropolitan, a premium residential project comprising 274 apartments and approximately 3,345 sqm of integrated commercial spaces. All building permits have been secured, and construction works have already commenced, marking an important addition to Bucharest’s evolving premium residential landscape.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This transaction reflects sustained investor confidence in Romania’s residential real estate sector and reinforces Bucharest’s position as a key destination for international real estate developers seeking high-quality, well-located urban projects.<\/p>\n

Cordia Rom\u00e2nia<\/strong> is part of the Futureal real estate group, operating across the mid and mid-to-high residential segments in Hungary, Poland, Romania, Spain, and the United Kingdom. With a proven track record in the Romanian market, the company previously developed PARCULUI20, a 485-apartment residential project in Bucharest’s Expozi\u021biei area. Centropolitan will offer a comprehensive, lifestyle-oriented living experience, featuring premium amenities such as a gastro bar, Kids Corner, arcade room for teenagers, coworking hub, and dedicated fitness and yoga zones, reflecting high-quality, lifestyle-driven residential communities.<\/p>\n
