(Interbank) and Scotiabank Per\u00fa S.A.A. (Scotiabank and, together with BCP and Interbank, the Banks), as lenders, on the structuring, negotiation and disbursement of a secured medium-term loan for an aggregate amount of up to PEN 267 million (the Loan) granted in favour of Cer\u00e1mica Lima S.A. and other companies of the Celima\u2013Tr\u00e9bol Group (the Celima\u2013Tr\u00e9bol Group), acting as co-borrowers<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The transaction closed on 24 December 2025, and the funds were disbursed on 7 January 2026.<\/p>\n<p>The Celima\u2013Tr\u00e9bol Group is a solid business group with more than 50 years of experience, comprised of two companies that are market leaders in Peru: Cer\u00e1mica Lima S.A. (Celima) and Corporaci\u00f3n Cer\u00e1mica S.A. (Tr\u00e9bol).
