He represents companies of all sizes across the biotech, life sciences, pharmaceutical, and digital health industries, guiding them through the structuring, negotiating, and drafting of their collaborations, joint ventures, IP licensing, and co-development arrangements, as well as agreements for the manufacture, distribution, and supply of goods.
