The transaction will be implemented through a share purchase agreement entered into by Nunhems with the shareholders of Noble Seeds.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Nunhems, which houses BASF\u2019s vegetable seeds business in India, will, pursuant to the acquisition, further strengthen its market leadership in the Indian vegetable seeds segment. Noble Seeds Private Limited is a vegetable seed company headquartered in New Delhi, India.
