New Delhi, December 06, 2025<\/strong>:<\/em> Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan Attorneys advised and acted for Sai Parenteral’s Limited and its Singapore subsidiary, Sai Parenterals Pte Limited in their cross-border acquisition of 74.6% equity stake in Noumed Pharmaceuticals Pty Ltd (Australia) through a combination of secondary purchase from Noumed Life Sciences Limited (United Kingdom) along with primary subscription by way of a convertible loan.<\/p>\n

The team provided comprehensive end-to-end legal support across all stages of the transaction, including drafting, review, negotiation, and finalisation of a suite of complex transaction documents.<\/p>\n

As part of transactional support, the firm played a central role in coordinating and managing the closing process and liaising with multiple stakeholders across jurisdictions to facilitate a seamless completion.<\/p>\n
