The transaction was structured as a mix of primary and secondary investment.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" align=\"justify\">Company is operating an AI-enabled risk management platform (<i>i.e.<\/i>, \u2018GreenFi\u2019) for ESG compliance wherein its integrated platform leverages AI agents and large language models to automate ESG due diligence, reporting, and sustainability performance tracking across customers, portfolios, transactions, and suppliers.
