ABB\u2019s robotics business is one of the world\u2019s leading robotics suppliers with a global customer base and approximately 7,000 employees.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The sale is subject to a carve-out through a multi-jurisdictional reorganization which will conclude prior to closing. Completion is also subject to the receipt of customary regulatory clearances.<\/p>\n<p>Homburger acts as Swiss counsel to ABB.
