Sujoy succeeds Pooja Mahajan, who has successfully led the firm for the past eight years and will remain actively engaged in its strategic direction and client relationships. Pooja is widely credited with transforming C&M into one of India\u2019s most respected and agile law firms. Under her leadership, the firm has built a reputation for commercial insight, a collaborative culture, and the ability to advise on complex legal and regulatory challenges.<\/p>\n

Sujoy, who joined C&M in 2020 and leads the firm\u2019s Corporate and M&A practices, brings more than 21 years of experience advising on high-stakes M&A, corporate transactions, and complex regulatory matters for Indian and international businesses.<\/p>\n
