Jeff officially joined Redkite in July 2025, bringing with him an impressive career spanning more than 30 years in the legal sector. His professional journey began as a litigator before transitioning into law firm management, where he has consistently demonstrated a passion for innovation, operational excellence, and client-focused transformation. Jeff has held senior leadership positions at several Top 100 UK law firms, where he spearheaded initiatives in business change, digital strategy, and client experience enhancement.<\/p>\n
