The event will also be broadcast live on ESAGU\u2019s official YouTube channel.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The programme will feature leading authorities and experts, with Medina Os\u00f3rio contributing at two key moments:<\/p>\n<p>Opening Session | 9:00 \u2013 9:30<\/p>\n<p>Opening Lecture | 10:15 \u2013 11:15<\/p>\n<p>Theme: \u201cConstitutional Principles of Administrative Sanctioning Law\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The seminar, convened by ESAGU, will bring together jurists and members of the Public Advocacy to discuss the foundations, principles and contemporary challenges of Administrative Sanctioning Law.<\/p>\n<p>Medina Os\u00f3rio expresses his gratitude to the Attorney General of the Union, Minister Jorge Messias, and to the Director of ESAGU, Jo\u00e3o Carlos Souto, for the invitation to speak.
