The acquisition of Crayon Group Holding ASA (which is specialised in software procurement, IT cost management, cloud services, and data and AI solutions) is expected to lead to significant synergies.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">The NKF team was led by M&amp;A\/Finance partners Adrian Koller and Philip Spoerl\u00e9, working with associate Alexander Z\u00fcger, junior associate Nina L\u00f6tscher (both M&amp;A\/Finance) and partner Markus Kronauer (Tax).
