NEW YORK, NY, August 28, 2025 \u2014 Arnold & Porter announced today that Michael Saarinen has joined the firm\u2019s Corporate & Finance practice as a partner co-lead of the Investment Management practice group, resident in New York.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mike has over two decades of experience advising U.S. and global fund sponsors on the formation and operation of private investment funds across a range of asset classes and strategies, including buyout, venture capital, real estate, credit, hedge fund, and fund-of-funds. His practice involves advising on separately managed accounts, co-investment vehicles, and other investment structures. His work also includes guidance on regulatory matters, investment management transactions, and internal governance issues such as compensation and succession planning. He has experience working with the full spectrum of private fund investors, including family offices, endowments, and insurance companies.<\/p>\n
