August 1, 2025 \u2013 <\/strong>DLA Piper advised Grupo Cox (Cox), a leading Spanish multinational water and energy company, in its acquisition of Iberdrola\u2019s assets in Mexico for US$4.2 billion \u2013 one of the largest cross-border energy deals of the year.<\/p>\n
