This\u00a0EU-backed grant, supported by the European Commission and managed by the EU Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO),\u00a0provides financial aid to help SMEs\u00a0safeguard their intellectual property (IP) rights.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>What Does the SME Fund Cover<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Eligible SMEs can receive grants for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Trademarks<\/li>\n<li>Designs<\/li>\n<li>Patents<\/li>\n<li>Plant Varieties for the agriculture, biotechnology, and horticulture sectors<\/li>\n<li>IP Scan Service for assessing and strengthening your IP strategy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Who Can Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All SMEs based in the EU &#8211; regardless of industry &#8211; can apply.
