The transaction took effect on February 25, 2025, and comprises more than 60 hotels in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France and Hungary.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>HR Group is a Berlin-based company that has been acquiring, developing, and operating hotels and resorts for more than 15 years.<\/p>\n<p>Homburger acted as Swiss transaction counsel to HR Group.
