The firm\u2019s Co-Head of Regulatory, Compliance and New Technologies joins the board at a moment of growth and strategic development for the firm.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Reto Luthiger brings over a decade of experience in financial market regulation, compliance, fintech, and blockchain law. He is serving as Co-Head of MLL Legal\u2019s Regulatory, FinTech &amp; DLT practice group, as well as the firm\u2019s Insurance and Compliance &amp; Internal Investigations industry groups. His expertise spans banking, anti-money laundering, securities regulation, and digital assets, and he is widely recognised for his leadership in navigating complex regulatory landscapes.<\/p>\n<p>Nicola Benz, Co-Head of the ICT &amp; Digital Practice Group, and Vice-Chair of the MLL Legal Board for the past four years, joined the Management Team at the beginning of 2025 and therefore stepped down from the board.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe thank Nicola for her dedicated work over the last four years in her Board role \u2014 in particular, her instrumental support for the integration work that followed our 2021 merger,\u201d says Alexander Vogel, Chair of the Board at MLL Legal. \u201cWe wish Reto, together with all re-elected Board members and Nicola in her continuing management function, every success in their leadership positions.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m honored to join the Board of MLL Legal and contribute to its continued success,&#8221; says Reto Luthiger. &#8220;I look forward to collaborating with a team that is shaping the future of legal services with such integrity and innovation.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>While still remaining committed to his legal work, Reto Luthiger officially assumes the position on the Board as of July.
