The NBG Group is a leading global manufacturer of high-quality fiber in metal tubes (&#8220;FiMTs&#8221;). E+H advised VTC on the legal aspects of this transaction. The E+H team was led by partners Josef Schmidt and Philipp Schrader.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>For over 25 years, the NBG Group in Gm\u00fcnd, Austria, has been developing and producing highly specialized FiMTs, which are used worldwide in demanding applications, and special cables for energy infrastructure, telecommunications, and in-well and downhole services.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the partnership with VTC, the NBG Group will further expand its international presence, develop new areas of application, and invest in additional production capacity.
