She also served as Head of Legal for the UK arm of a\u00a0major Korean conglomerate. As a\u00a0dual-qualified lawyer, she brings extensive expertise in corporate and cross-border transactions, supporting Korean investors across key sectors such as real estate, energy &amp; infrastructure, life sciences, and consumer goods.<\/p>\n<p>Soo Youn\u2019s deep understanding of Korean businesses and corporate culture, combined with her international experience, will be invaluable to Korean companies looking to enter or expand in\u202fPoland and other Central and Eastern European countries.<\/p>\n<p>She holds an LLB from City University of London and an undergraduate degree from Seoul National University.
