Al Doseri Law is pleased to announce that, in collaboration with our strategic partner\u00a0GLA & Company<\/a>, it has advised on the completion of\u00a0Al Ansari Financial Services<\/a>\u2019 acquisition of\u00a0Bahrain Financing Company Group Holdings<\/a>, one of the GCC\u2019s most prominent and high-value financial services acquisitions.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

This acquisition solidifies Al Ansari Financial Services\u2019 position as the largest non-banking financial institution in the Gulf Cooperation Council in terms of branch network.<\/p>\n

Working in tandem with its joint venture partners and lead counsel for the transaction, GLA & Co., Al Doseri Law extended its legal services to advise on all Bahraini law related matters pertaining to the deal.<\/p>\n

The Al Doseri Law team was led by Founding Partner\u00a0Saad Al Doseri<\/a>\u00a0and comprised Senior Associate Shooq Nimah, Trainee Lawyer Noor Fathalla and Paralegal Diana Ahmad.<\/p>\n

The acquisition was completed in April 2025. The USD$200 million transaction expands Al Ansari Financial Services\u2019 presence across Bahrain, Kuwait and India, increasing the Group\u2019s customer base by 29% and branch network by 60%. The integration of BFC enhances the company\u2019s operational scale and geographic diversification, creating substantial value for shareholders, customers, and employees.<\/p>\n
