Siemens subscribed to a mix of equity shares and preference shares of AMPIN for its capital infusion.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The Firm was involved in deal structuring, drafting of the Securities Subscription Agreement and amending and updating the existing Shareholders Agreement; negotiating and finalising these transaction documents with Siemens and the exiting investors of AMPIN.
