This marks the first step in a strategic alliance between Allaria and Grupo Sancor Seguros, aimed at providing comprehensive financial services to companies across the country.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Allaria\u2019s incorporation into Banco del Sol\u2019s shareholding structure was executed subject to the approval of the Central Bank of Argentina.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the capital injection through Allaria Cr\u00e9ditos S.A., Allaria and Argenpymes, Allaria will contribute to the development of Banco del Sol\u2019s digital banking platform, offering a broad range of instruments and services to optimize capital management and improve corporate access to financing.
