{"id":47608,"date":"2025-03-18T12:07:52","date_gmt":"2025-03-18T12:07:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/my.legal500.com\/developments\/?post_type=press_releases&#038;p=47608"},"modified":"2025-03-18T12:07:52","modified_gmt":"2025-03-18T12:07:52","slug":"materiais-legal-500","status":"publish","type":"press_releases","link":"https:\/\/my.legal500.com\/developments\/press-releases\/materiais-legal-500\/","title":{"rendered":"Materiais Legal 500"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>AGU<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Call for Papers: Superior School of the AGU Opens Submissions for the &#8216;Sanctioning Administrative Law&#8217; Collection \u2013 F\u00e1bio Medina Os\u00f3rio as One of the Coordinators<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The journal <strong><em>Publica\u00e7\u00f5es da Escola Superior da AGU<\/em><\/strong> <strong>(Advocacia-Geral da Uni\u00e3o \u2013 Office of the Attorney General of the Union) <\/strong>has announced the opening of submissions for the collection <em>Sanctioning Administrative Law<\/em>, which will gather original articles on the topic.<\/p>\n<p>The project is coordinated by Jo\u00e3o Carlos Souto (National Treasury Attorney), Andr\u00e9 Augusto Dantas Motta Amaral (General Counsel of the Union), and F\u00e1bio Medina Os\u00f3rio, partner at Medina Os\u00f3rio Advogados and one of the leading references on the subject, both nationally and internationally.<\/p>\n<p>The technical organization is led by Henrique Augusto Figueiredo Fulg\u00eancio, General Coordinator of Postgraduate Studies at the Superior School of the AGU.<\/p>\n<p>The call for submissions is open to PhDs, PhD candidates, Masters, and Master\u2019s candidates in Law or related fields, as well as members of the AGU\u2019s legal career. All articles will be reviewed by a specialized editorial committee before the final selection.<\/p>\n<p>Interested authors can submit unpublished works exclusively through the journal\u2019s website (<a href=\"https:\/\/revistaagu.agu.gov.br\/index.php\/EAGU\/about\/submissions\">https:\/\/revistaagu.agu.gov.br\/index.php\/EAGU\/about\/submissions<\/a>), where more information about the submission process and evaluation criteria is also available.<\/p>\n<h3>FGV<\/h3>\n<p><strong>FGV Open Lecture: Administrative Sanctioning Law, with F\u00e1bio Medina Os\u00f3rio<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The FGV Rio Law Program is pleased to announce a special <em>Open Lecture<\/em> on <em>Administrative Sanctioning Law<\/em>, featuring Dr. F\u00e1bio Medina Os\u00f3rio as the keynote speaker.
