Independently of the partnership with PAI Partners, he will continue to develop the previously spun-off real estate arm to further support Motel One growth.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">B\u00e4r &amp; Karrer acted as Swiss legal advisor to PAI Partners in this transaction. The transaction was led by the international team of A&amp;O Shearman.
