OnlineDoctor is a market leader for teledermatology in Germany and Switzerland.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Through its online platform OnlineDoctor, patients can receive advice from dermatologists in private practice. OnlineDoctor will continue to operate under its current name as a subsidiary of Lohmann &amp; Rauscher with an independent brand.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00e4r &amp; Karrer acted as legal counsel to Lohmann &amp; Rauscher in this transaction, which was completed in 2024.
