GSK Stockmann ber\u00e4t den Vermieter umfassend bei der Projektentwicklung und der Vermietung einschlie\u00dflich der Entwicklung des Konzeptes der modernen Arbeitswelten.<\/p>\n<p>Das \u201eThe Stack\u201c ist ein innovatives Holz-Hybrid-Geb\u00e4ude mit einer begr\u00fcnten Fassade, welches gro\u00dfen Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit und Nutzerkomfort legt. Es entsteht an der Ecke Goethestra\u00dfe\/ Schwanthalerstra\u00dfe im s\u00fcdlichen M\u00fcnchner Bahnhofsviertel. Das Geb\u00e4ude wird rund 17.000 qm Mietfl\u00e4che umfassen und bietet gro\u00dfz\u00fcgige Gemeinschaftsfl\u00e4chen im Erdgeschoss sowie dem Dachgarten.
