(<strong>Dinie<\/strong>), a dynamic, API-first embedded finance start-up in Brazil. The acquisition marks Paytm\u2019s entry into the Brazilian market.<\/p>\n<p>By partnering with Dinie, a company enabling digital financial services for MSMEs, the deal allows Paytm to extend its proven technology-led merchant payments and financial services model into a high-potential international market. The transaction underscores Paytm\u2019s commitment to leveraging its expertise beyond India and solidifies its ambition to establish a global fintech footprint.<\/p>\n<p>S&amp;P acted for Paytm group on all aspects involved in the transaction including deal structuring, drafting &amp; review of the transaction documents as well as providing assistance in closing of the transaction.
