OMS is a leading, tech-enabled service provider focused on testing electrical systems and equipment for B2B customers. The company tests the electrical safety of portable and fixed equipment in offices and manufacturing facilities, as well as e-mobility infrastructure and photovoltaic systems. With over 900 employees and 43 operating locations in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, OMS is the market leader and largest specialist provider in the DACH region.<\/p>\n

Headquartered in Lorch-Waldhausen, Germany, OMS provides electrical testing and certification services for B2B customers. OMS\u2019s fully tailored, proprietary software platform, INSPEKTRA, enables it to digitalize and automate its testing processes, thereby maximizing efficiency and optimizing its services down to an individual customer level.<\/p>\n

3i is investing to drive further growth in OMS\u2019s core business while exploring new opportunities, such as testing electric vehicle charging infrastructure and photovoltaic installations.<\/p>\n
