The<br \/>\nM&amp;A team supported the transaction from the due diligence, contract negotiation and<br \/>\ndrafting to the closing.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>TSG Austria, a major provider of technical services for responsible mobility solutions,<br \/>\nis a key enabler of the energy transition for mobility. TSG designs, builds and<br \/>\nmaintains all types of energy distribution infrastructures for mobility: electric vehicles<br \/>\ncharging network, LPG\/LNG, hydrogen and also fuel\/biofuel service stations.<\/p>\n<p>E-Port Elektrotechnik is a medium-sized company that focuses on the planning and<br \/>\nproduction of innovative electrical systems and installations. With the acquisition of<br \/>\nE-Port Elektrotechnik, TSG Austria is further strengthening its market position in<br \/>\nAustria.<\/p>\n<p>The transaction was led by Aurelius Freytag, Partner M&amp;A and Competition Law, and<br \/>\nthe two Corporate\/M&amp;A lawyers Clemens Stieger (Legal Director) and Sebastian<br \/>\nBorer (Legal Director).
