Morgan &amp; Morgan acted as legal counsel to Banco Davivienda Panam\u00e1 in connection with the execution of an agreement seeking the integration of the operations of Scotiabank Panam\u00e1 (the Bank of Nova Scotia) into Banco Davivienda Panam\u00e1.
