The investment funds\u00a0<strong>will enable them to further develop their brand and strengthen their position on the international market.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In addition to True Global Ventures, an investment in the company was also made by\u00a0<strong>PortfoLion Capital Partners<\/strong>, a venture capital and private equity fund manager in the CEE region which actively invests in small and medium-sized enterprises in various sectors. Through the Portfolion Region\u00e1lis Mag\u00e1nt\u0151kealap II fund, the entity invested EUR 2.1 million in the Polish project, thereby increasing the originally envisaged level of investment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The advice\u00a0to TGV which was provided by\u00a0Katarzyna Biarda, Katarzyna W\u00f3jcik\u00a0and\u00a0Maciej Zajda, who specialise in venture capital transactions on the\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dzp.pl\/en\/areas-of-advisory\/specialisations\/44-venture-capital-market\"><strong>venture capital market<\/strong><\/a><strong>, included the preparation of the investment agreement and other transaction documentation, as well as support in negotiations and a legal due diligence.<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-46568","press_releases","type-press_releases","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/my.legal500.com\/developments\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/press_releases\/46568","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/my.legal500.com\/developments\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/press_releases"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/my.legal500.com\/developments\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/press_releases"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/my.legal500.com\/developments\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=46568"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
