The combined company will be headquartered in Switzerland and listed on SIX Swiss Exchange, but the parties are also exploring the possibility of a dual listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00e4r &amp; Karrer is acting as Swiss legal counsel for Crayon.
