As part of the Offer, the President of India sold 7,43,93,540 Equity Shares, representing 1.76% of the Company\u2019s total issued and paid-up equity share capital at a floor price of Rs. 505.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;font-family: 'Garamond',serif;color: black\">The Capital Markets team at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised on the matter.
