Mr Dua has consistently demonstrated these qualities throughout his distinguished career, earning a reputation as an advocate for justice and a source of inspiration for legal professionals across the country.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cReceiving this award is not just a personal honour but a reaffirmation of the Firm\u2019s collective commitment to uphold the rule of law in India,\u201d<\/em> said Mr Dua. \u00a0<em>\u201cI am grateful to the Bar Association of India for this recognition, and I dedicate this award to my colleagues at Dua Associates who have worked tirelessly and continue to do so, to ensure justice and legal integrity.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Under Mr Dua\u2019s leadership, Dua Associates has successfully handled numerous landmark cases, championed complex litigations, and contributed to corporate legal and regulatory reforms as a member of the National Committee on Legal Services of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and as senior vice president of the Society of Indian Law Firms (SILF) and among the chairpersons of the Legal Reforms Committee.<\/p>\n<p>Mr Dua\u2019s contributions extend beyond the courtroom, to championing diversity, inclusion and equality which are now integral to all aspects of the Firm\u2019s practice.
