Kubo Tech, headquartered in Switzerland, is a manufacturer and distributor of high-performance sealing solutions and molded rubber parts for a diverse range of demanding OEM market segments, including medical technology, watchmaking, food processing, machinery, energy, chemical, and general industry.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>B\u00e4r &amp; Karrer acted as legal counsel to Diploma in this transaction.
