She specializes in global mobility, transfers of undertakings, and corporate law issues.<\/p>\n<p>After studying business law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (2016), she expanded her international expertise with a master&#8217;s degree and a semester abroad at the University of Minnesota, as well as internships in Toronto and Brussels. Her professional career then took her to other prominent Austrian commercial law firms, where she specialized in employment law.<\/p>\n<p>Karin K\u00f6ller on her new position at E+H: &#8220;I am delighted to join the E+H team.
