Sartorius, as the founder and previous owner of LabTwin, has contributed its business to labforward and has thus become a co-shareholder of labforward GmbH. Other shareholders include PEPPERMINT Venture Partners GmbH, the Swiss company TECAN, the Aachen-based laboratory planning specialist CARPUS, IBB Ventures and Vogel Ventures.<\/p>\n<p>About labforward<\/p>\n<p>labforward offers both a comprehensive electronic lab notebook (ELN) called LABFOLDER and an inventory tool called LABREGISTER, as well as a lab execution system (LES) called LABOPERATOR, all on the same platform.
