In her new role, she will work closely with our talented professionals in investing in their success and promoting the core values of our Firm.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>O\u2019Connor, who began her legal career as a summer associate at Arnold &amp; Porter in 1994, worked in-house at a Fortune 500 company from 2008 to 2015, and then returned to the Firm, said: \u201cIt is a great honor to be appointed as the first head of our Washington, D.C. office.
