Commercial law firm GSK\u00a0Stockmann has moved into new offices at Europaplatz 3 in Heidelberg. <\/strong>The firm will continue its current growth trajectory in 2,300 sqm of new office space located close to Heidelberg city centre. <\/strong><\/p>\n

GSK\u00a0Stockmann has significantly expanded its presence at its founding location in Heidelberg in recent years, including the addition of two real estate teams led by partners Martin Prothmann and Frederic J\u00fcrgens. This strong growth is now also reflected in the new offices at Europaplatz 3, which the firm\u2019s Heidelberg team moved into on 1 November. As one of the leading commercial law firms in Germany and the Rhine-Neckar region, GSK\u00a0Stockmann\u2019s new location in the heart of Heidelberg\u2019s new business district has also set the firm on a secure path for further growth.<\/p>\n

The new premises comprise 2,300 sqm of office space, including several conference rooms with state-of-the-art equipment and an impressive view over Europaplatz. The space also provides an excellent ambience for hosting client events.<\/p>\n

Law firm staff can enjoy spacious offices with spectacular views of the city, while a staff lounge in the style of an American diner provides an inviting setting for coffee breaks or after-work drinks. The building is also equipped with bicycle racks and charging points for electric vehicles. In keeping with the building\ufffd\ufffds passive house standard, GSK\u00a0Stockmann also prioritised the use of sustainable materials when fitting out the office interiors.<\/p>\n
