It also furthers the group&#8217;s existing growth strategy, having previously acquired CenSea, a US importer of frozen seafood, and Senecrus, a French shrimp producer and distributor.<\/p>\n<p>The whole project was supervised by\u00a0<strong>Bartosz Marcinkowski<\/strong>. The advice provided by DZP&#8217;s experts \u2013\u00a0<strong>Grzegorz Policht<\/strong>\u00a0from the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dzp.pl\/en\/areas-of-advisory\/practice\/8-corporate-and-ma-practice\">Corporate and M&amp;A Practice<\/a>\u00a0in cooperation with\u00a0<strong>Daria Dudek\u00a0<\/strong>and<strong>\u00a0Marcin Kuli\u0144ski\u00a0<\/strong>and the UK\u00a0<strong>law firm\u00a0Herbert Smith Freehills<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 covered comprehensive legal assistance with the transaction, including preparation of transaction documentation, a due diligence and support in negotiations.<\/p>\n<p>The DZP team also advised the client in the context of a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dzp.pl\/en\/areas-of-advisory\/practice\/5-tax\">tax analysis<\/a>\u00a0of the transaction (<strong>Joanna Wierzejska<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Joanna Kocio\u0142ek-Zi\u0119ba<\/strong>) and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dzp.pl\/en\/areas-of-advisory\/practice\/12-competition-law\">antitrust procedures<\/a>\u00a0(<strong>Jaros\u0142aw \u0141ukawski<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Jan Siesicki<\/strong>) and obtaining the required regulatory approvals.<\/p>\n<p>In transaction elements concerning\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dzp.pl\/en\/areas-of-advisory\/practice\/4-real-estate\">real estate<\/a>, support was provided by\u00a0<strong>Anna Ok\u0142a-Wo\u017aniak<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Julia \u0141ysik<\/strong>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dzp.pl\/en\/areas-of-advisory\/practice\/7-labour-law-and-social-security\">labour law<\/a>\u00a0aspects by\u00a0<strong>Agata Mierzwa<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Zuzanna Gaczy\u0144ska<\/strong>, and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dzp.pl\/en\/areas-of-advisory\/specialisations\/5-environmental-protection\">environmental protection<\/a>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0<strong>Daniel Chojnacki<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Klaudia Skubiszak<\/strong>.
