The property at Silberburgstrasse 175-177, Reinsburgstrasse 17 and Marienstrasse 50 comprises two office buildings and a residential building with a total lettable area of approximately 7,200 sqm. The seller is an institutional investor.<\/p>\n<p>Unm\u00fcssig plans to revitalise part of the ensemble in accordance with resource-saving and EU taxonomy-compliant standards before re-letting it. The remaining part will be completely redeveloped to meet the DGNB Gold and WiredScore Platinum standards, with office space and a caf\u00e9\/restaurant concept on the ground floor.
