Nemanja Sladakovi\u0107<\/a>\u00a0joined us in 2021 as an associate and quickly demonstrated his ability to handle complex matters for a diverse client base.\u00a0 Specializing in\u00a0Corporate\/M&A<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Labor Law<\/a>, Nemanja has also significantly contributed to establishing the firm\u2019s innovative\u00a0ESG<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0AI<\/a>\u00a0practices.\u00a0His recent accomplishments include managing the employment aspects of high-profile multijurisdictional transactions, such as the\u00a0Remus-GLM<\/a>\u00a0acquisition, one of the year\u2019s most significant deals in the automotive industry.\u00a0 He also advises Zijin Mining Group, Serbia\u2019s top exporter, on labor matters across their global network.\u00a0 Nemanja has also amassed significant legal experience specific to the ICT sector.\u00a0 He regularly advises global giants, expanding multinationals and innovative startups, including Nutanix, Examroom.ai, NGA911, Gorgias and Alianza.<\/p>\n

Nemanja actively supports the thriving startup scene through his engagement with the\u00a0Biosense Accelerator Program<\/a>, where he leads legal workshops for the ag-tech cluster.
