Die im Jahr 1998 errichtete Immobilie liegt am DGZ-Ring in Berlin-Wei\u00dfensee und ist vollst\u00e4ndig an die Bundesanstalt f\u00fcr Immobilienaufgaben (BImA) vermietet.<\/p>\n<p>Als Joint Venture wollen Cresco und Tikehau gemeinsam in Ma\u00dfnahmen investieren, die gem\u00e4\u00df der EU-Taxonomie die Nachhaltigkeit der Bestandsimmobilie steigern sollen.
