The development has a total lettable area of 9,414 sqm, which is divided into 8,627 sqm of logistics space, 338 sqm of office and recreational space and 449 sqm of mezzanine space.<\/p>\n<p>The property is equipped with a heat pump and electric charging stations for cars and bicycles, as well as attractive recreational areas for employees. A photovoltaic system will be installed on the entire roof area to supply electricity to the tenant. The property will provide a total of 62 car parking spaces, eight of which will have electric charging points.<\/p>\n<p>The building is being constructed according to a sustainable concept that meets the DGNB Gold standard. The long-term tenant is Ernst Schmitz Logistics &amp; Technical Services GmbH, a medium-sized logistics company which already has nine locations in the Rhine-Main region.<\/p>\n<p><u>Advisers of MB Park Deutschland GmbH\/Isarkies GmbH &amp; Co.
