DSK Legal advised Mandala Capital with respect to its full exit from Edward Food Research and Analysis Centre (\u201cEFRAC\u201d).<\/strong> Mandala Capital\u2019s exit from EFRAC was implemented through primary and secondary investments by QIMA (UK) Limited <\/strong>(\u201cQIMA<\/strong>\u201d).<\/p>\n

Mandala Capital is a private equity firm specializing in\u00a0investments across the food and agriculture value chain in South\u00a0and South-East Asia.\u00a0Mandala Capital works closely with its portfolio companies to enhance their operational value, drive growth, and build industry leaders to transform existing food systems.<\/p>\n

EFRAC is one of the largest integrated laboratory testing providers in India, and is engaged in the business of providing testing services for over 500 commodities, serving a wide range of verticals including food, agri, drugs and cosmetics.<\/p>\n

DSK Legal assisted Mandala Capital in\u00a0inter alia: (i) reviewing, revising and finalizing the share purchase and subscription agreement (\u201cSPSA<\/strong>\u201d); (iii) drafting, reviewing, revising and finalizing of documents ancillary to the SPSA, including closing documents;\u00a0and\u00a0(iii) assisting in the closing of the transaction.<\/p>\n
