(\u201c<strong>Safina B.V.<\/strong>\u201d), which owns Safina Shipping Services S.A.E, a leading provider of maritime agency and cargo services in Egypt and across the Middle East region.<\/p>\n<p>The acquisition by Noatum marks a significant strategic development for the Spanish company to enhance its service offerings and strengthen its presence in key markets across Egypt, the Middle East, and North Africa.<\/p>\n<p>Safina B.V. operates from 6 strategic locations across Egypt, including its headquarters in Cairo, providing essential services across 15 Egyptian ports, including major hubs like Sokhna, Adabiya, Damietta, Port Said, and Alexandria<\/p>\n<p>The MBH team advising on the transaction was led by Omar S.
