PNSA advised the owners of TehnoWorld, a provider in water infrastructure and utilities conveyance solutions for gas, telecom and electricity applications, on its sale to Romcim, a CRH company.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

PNSA provided extensive legal assistance throughout the entire acquisition process, from preliminary discussions, legal and tax due diligence procedures, <\/span>transaction structuring, up to transaction documents, negotiations and assistance to signing and closing.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

PNSA team advising on the deal was led by M&A Partner Silviu Stoica, along with Managing Associate Vlad Ambrozie and Senior Associate Roxana Chiscop. Tax Partner Raluca Rusu, Competition Partner Mihaela Ion and Managing Associate Laura Ambrozie were also directly involved in the Project, teaming up with consulting firm EY led by Iulia Bratu. We had a very good collaboration with the buyer<\/span>\u2019s advisors, i.e., <\/span>RTPR team led by Mihai Ristici on matters related to due diligence and transaction documentation and negotiation and Schoenherr on the regulatory aspects of the deal.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
