His comprehensive real estate experience will significantly contribute to our practice\u2019s capabilities.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Cudrin brings substantial experience in handling a wide range of \u00a0commercial real estate transactions. He represents private equity funds, property owners, developers, investors, and lenders in connection with complex transactions, which include acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and developments. Cudrin\u2019s practice is nationwide in scope and he has particular strength in the hospitality, multifamily, industrial, office, retail, and mixed-use sectors.<\/p>\n<p>Cudrin said: \u201cI look forward to joining Arnold &amp; Porter and collaborating once again with familiar colleagues.
